All jams at Eska are made from seasonal Czech fruit. Most of the fruit comes from Mr. Babják in Litoměřice or from small growers. We only add sugar and, if necessary, a little pectin or acidity. We most often serve them with oatmeal, bread rolls, or you can find them in our sweet cakes.
