Fuego Cookbook
After three years of camping and cooking in the Czech countryside, it was time to write down all the original recipes, experiences, and insights in the Fuego Cookbook.
Although the 100 recipes in our book are primarily intended for the wilderness, the principles described in them are easily applicable in the comfort of your home kitchen. The instructions are written so that you can use both a fire pit and an electric oven. The goal of each recipe is not only to get readers back to nature, but also to prove that even in primitive conditions, it is possible to create food that rivals, if not surpasses, fine dining restaurants in terms of quality.
In addition to recipes for cooking over an open fire, the cookbook is interwoven with insights and stories from Fuego. You will also find a comprehensive guide to living in nature, the culinary story of Marek Pavala, and a section dedicated to mixing drinks, whether timeless classics or your own variations. All this is complemented by atmospheric illustrations and photos taken over several years of the camp's operation.
