400 - Breakfast, brunch, coffee

Lukáš Hejlík brings you 400 tips from all regions of the Czech Republic. On his travels, he counted what he had for breakfast. He had eggs Benedict in 84 establishments, tried 62 omelets, and had eggs in a glass 41 times. Few things have had such a recent rise in popularity as Turkish eggs, which he tested at 36 places. Incidentally, he also had pancakes that many times. A total of 20 times he had cream buns, 18 times sausages, and 16 times avocado toast. Often it was just open-faced sandwiches, sandwiches, or toast. He traveled the whole world in Czechia and tried English breakfasts, French toast, Canadian pancakes, Belgian waffles, American bagels, Middle Eastern shakshuka, and Japanese okonomiyaki. He didn't forget about fans of sweet breakfasts either, eating pancakes, fruit compotes, oatmeal, rice, and semolina porridge. Coffee was always part of the meal.

He also knows exactly how much he spent on all those breakfasts and brunches. But there was one thing he didn't calculate—his blood cholesterol level.
